Concept Review Meeting. The Engineer shall meet with the State to review the concepts developed for each segment of the Project at specified intervals, and before the public meeting. The Engineer shall provide, typical sections, roll plots of concepts, and develop a Feasibility Analysis Report (with periodic updates), detailing the concepts evaluated, and providing a comparison of these concepts for review by the State. This report shall provide layouts of each concept, measures of effectiveness (MOE's) for analysis of the concepts and ranking of the concepts. The report shall also include preliminary estimates of probable cost, and other information to assist the State in evaluating the concepts. The Engineer shall revise the concepts based on comments received in the concept review meeting.

  • Progress Meetings The Engineer shall from time to time during the progress of the work confer with the State. The Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary or as may be requested by the State in order to evaluate features of the work.

  • Orientation Meeting Within thirty (30) calendar days from execution of the Contract, Vendor and Order Fulfillers will be required to attend an orientation meeting to discuss the content and procedures of the Contract to include reporting requirements. DIR, at its discretion, may waive the orientation requirement for Vendors who have previously held DIR contracts. The meeting will be held in the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference, at DIR’s discretion. DIR shall bear no cost for the time and travel of the Vendor or Order Fulfillers for attendance at the meeting.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • Grievance Meetings Where operational requirements permit, and on reasonable notice, the Employer shall grant special leave with pay to an Employee for the purpose of attending grievance meetings with the Employer.
