Project Sponsors and Contractors will be deemed in compliance with this Employment and Contracting Policy by meeting or exceeding the goal or by taking the following steps in good faith towards compliance.

Compliance with the Policy. CityBridge will require employees to comply with this policy. Failure by employees to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to, and including discharge. CityBridge will require contractors involved in the design, programming, and technical maintenance of the Accessible features of the Links to comply with this policy.
