Construction Workforce Clause Samples
The Construction Workforce clause defines the requirements and standards for the personnel employed on a construction project. It typically outlines qualifications, certifications, and experience levels necessary for workers, and may specify obligations regarding the use of subcontractors or local labor. By setting clear expectations for the workforce, this clause ensures that the project is staffed with competent personnel, thereby reducing risks related to quality, safety, and compliance.
Construction Workforce a The rules of the BVHP ECP will govern construction workforce hiring and placement for the Covered Work, with a residency modification to accommodate provisions in Resolution 4967.
