Compliance With Other Regulations. Borrower shall at all times comply with all present and future laws, rules and regulations applicable to it in the operation of its business, including but not limited to all rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the National Association of Securities Dealers, the Securities Investor Protection Corporation and any self-regulatory organization of which Borrower is a member. Borrower shall deliver to Bank, immediately upon its receipt or transmission thereof, any notices to or from any such organization that Borrower is in violation of any applicable net capital rule, including but not limited to Rule 15c3-1 of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Compliance With Other Regulations. The Company has no knowledge of any facts and circumstances, and has no reason to believe that any facts or circumstances exist, that would cause any of its Subsidiary banking institutions: (i) to be deemed not to be in satisfactory compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (“CRA”) and the regulations promulgated thereunder or to be assigned a CRA rating by federal or state banking regulators of lower than “satisfactory”; (ii) to be deemed to be operating in violation, in any material respect, of the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, any order issued with respect to anti-money laundering by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, or any other anti-money laundering statute, rule or regulation; or (iii) to be deemed not to be in satisfactory compliance, in any material respect, with all applicable privacy of customer information requirements contained in any federal and state privacy laws and regulations as well as the provisions of all information security programs adopted by the Subsidiaries.
Compliance With Other Regulations. In performing their obligations under this Agreement, the Parties will comply with all applicable present and future orders, regulations, requirements and laws of any and all federal, state and local authorities and agencies, including without limitation laws and regulations applicable to the transportation, storage, use, handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

The Authority, its employees and the Union shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws, valid rules, regulations and orders, and the Merit System Rules and therefore, nothing contained in these Conditions shall be construed to conflict or be inconsistent with such applicable laws, rules, regulations or order.
Compliance With Other Regulations a) If alcoholic beverages are to be sold at the Show, it is the responsibility of the Member Club to ensure that all permits, rules and regulations of the LLBO (Liquor Licensing Control Board of Ontario) are adhered to. A copy of the liquor permit must be remitted to Boxing Ontario prior to the event.

Compliance With Other Regulations. All signs shall be erected, altered and maintained in accordance with the Uniform Sign Plan and as outlined by the AHJ, as applicable.

All improvements required by this Ordinance shall conform to the City's Comprehensive Plan, this Ordinance, and any other ordinance or regulation of the City applicable thereto. All improvements shall further conform to all regulations established by any other governmental entity having jurisdiction over development of land within Fort Bend County.
