State and Local Authorities definition

State and Local Authorities means, collectively, all state utility commissions or similar state or local Governmental Authorities set forth in Section 1.01(b) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.

  • Local authorities means every county, municipal, and other local board or body having authority to adopt police regulations under the constitution and laws of this state.
