Liquor Licensing. OVG shall have the exclusive right to sell alcohol to patrons in the Arena. OVG may sell alcoholic beverages and permit others to sell alcoholic beverages in the Arena only in compliance with applicable state and local laws. Final decisions as to whether alcoholic beverages may be sold at an Arena event shall be the sole responsibility of OVG. When alcoholic beverages are sold at an Arena event or elsewhere in the Arena, the decision to serve or refuse service of an alcoholic beverage to any individual shall be OVG’s sole responsibility. All licenses and permits required for the sale of alcoholic beverages in the Arena shall be held in OVG’s or their designated concessionaire’s name. OVG shall keep such licenses and permits for the Arena in full force and effect at all times throughout the Term and shall obtain proper permits to serve liquor at other areas within the Premises prior to such service. OVG shall prepare, file and process all applications for renewals of the licenses and permits with the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board and Seattle Center shall work cooperatively with OVG in the application process. At the termination of the Lease Agreement, OVG shall surrender all alcoholic beverage licenses for the Arena, it being acknowledged and agreed that such licenses are non-transferable.
Liquor Licensing. OpCo Purchaser shall, at its sole cost and expense and in accordance with the terms of Section 5(d) above, prepare and file all applications and take such other reasonable actions required by the Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board of Xxxxx County, Nevada and any other applicable Governmental Authority in order to obtain new Liquor Licenses. Subject to the limitations in Section 5(d)(x), the parties shall fully cooperate and timely respond to reasonable requests for assistance in any such filings in order to promptly obtain new Liquor Licenses at or before the Closing.
Liquor Licensing. Council will grant approval for the Tenant to apply for a new Liquor License to reflect the new leased area.
Liquor Licensing. 15.5.1 The Hirer agrees to comply at all times with the Liquor Licensing Act (1998) and all directions from time to time of the licensee of the Quarry Amphitheatre. The Hirer acknowledges and agrees that consumption of liquor is at the sole discretion of the licensee.
Liquor Licensing. (a) If City Parklands decides to apply for a liquor licence to serve or sell alcohol at the Event (a Liquor Licence):
Liquor Licensing. Client shall own, in its own name, and shall retain exclusive control of the ownership of its liquor license used in connection with the Service and shall pay for the costs associated with such license. Famous agrees to act as the Client's agent in purchasing, inventorying and disbursing alcoholic beverages as part of the Service; and Client agrees to name Famous as its manager on the license.
Liquor Licensing. ACA Sydney holds a Theatre Public Entertainment Venue Liquor-on-premises licence issued under the provisions of the Liquor Xxx 0000 (NSW), and appoints an approved manager to undertake and discharge the individual responsibilities of a Licensee under that Act. Under liquor licensing provisions no alcohol may be brought into the venue except by the licensee and no alcohol may be consumed in any part of the venue except in the licensed areas. No person under the age of 18 years shall be served alcoholic liquor or allowed to consume alcoholic liquor. The terms and conditions under which alcoholic liquor is to be served to the public during the Hire period will be set out in Schedule 1. All staff involved in the service of alcohol will have current Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation and be under the direct control of the Licensee. The availability of food must accompany the service of alcoholic liquor. Food of a nature and quantity consistent with the responsible sale, supply and service of alcohol must be available whenever liquor is sold or supplied. The Hirer shall be responsible for the conduct of patrons attending the event. The service of alcohol and any cessation of such service is at the sole discretion of the Licensee or representative.
Liquor Licensing. The Parties agree that the state’s licensing process does not sufficiently address unique jurisdictional and other matters that arise in Indian country under federal and tribal law and that the Parties have a longstanding disagreement with respect to the application of state law to Tribal liquor sales. Therefore, the Parties agree that in lieu of maintaining and/or obtaining one or more state licenses for the sale of liquor in Indian country, the Tribe and its wholly-owned enterprises shall hereafter make liquor sales in Indian country pursuant to the terms of this MOA.
