Compliance with all Rules and Regulations. Company acknowledges and agrees that it will review the applicable Laboratory Safety Plan prior to its use of University facilities and equipment and will follow all rules and directions from University personnel regarding use of University facilities and equipment.
Compliance with all Rules and Regulations. (a) Airline shall obey all Airport rules and regulations governing the conduct and operations of the Airport, promulgated from time to time by Licensor, provided, however, that such Airport rules and regulations must not be inconsistent with the rules and regulations or orders of any Federal or State agency having jurisdiction over the Airport. Except in cases of emergency, no such rule or regulation shall be applicable to Licensee unless it has been given fifteen (15) days prior written notice of the adoption thereof.
Compliance with all Rules and Regulations. I agree to abide by CLE’s policies and agree to comply with all instructions of the guide, instructor, or staff in connection with participation in the Activity, and failure to follow such directions shall be grounds for termination of my privilege to participate in the Activities without reimbursement or cancelation of fees paid or owed. I understand that the use or possession of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited before and during the Activities and will be grounds for immediate removal from the Activities without reimbursement of fees paid or owed. I agree that if in the judgment of my instructor and/or guide, he/she must call for assistance during the trip due to my noncompliance with his/her instructions or CLEs policies that I accept responsibility for paying any associated rescue and transportation costs.

Forage labs will avail the applicable safety policies namely the ILRI Laboratory Safety Manual and the Research Compliance Policy to [●insert User name] who hereby undertakes to familiarize with the Policies prior to its use of the Forage labs. [●insert User name] further undertakes to use the Forage labs in accordance with such safety policy and will adhere to all rules and directions from ILRI personnel.
