Competency and Discipline. The Contractor shall enforce strict discipline and good order among the Contractor's employees, the employees of any Subcontractor and all other persons performing any part of the Work at the Site. Personnel of the Contractor or any Subcontractor shall be subject to removal from the Site for violations of applicable law or District policies. The Contractor shall not permit employment of unfit persons or persons not skilled in tasks assigned to them and shall dismiss from its employ and direct any Subcontractor or Sub-subcontractor to dismiss from their employment any person deemed by the District to be unfit or incompetent to perform Work.
