Compensation of Members. Except as expressly provided in any written agreement between the Company and a Member, no Member shall receive any compensation from the Company for services provided to the Company in its capacity as a Member.

Compensation of Members. Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement or any other duly authorized and approved written agreement, the LLC shall pay no compensation to any Member or any Principal of any Member for their services to the LLC.
