Compensation for Overtime and Stipends. 18 The District will provide compensation or compensatory time off at a rate 19 20 equal to one and one-half (1½) times the regular rate of pay for unit members 21 designated by the District and authorized to perform such overtime. Overtime 22 23 is any time required to be worked in excess of eight (8) hours in one workday 24 or any time in excess of forty (40) hours in any calendar week. This provision 25 does not apply to unit members whose regular workday is less than eight (8) 27 hours or whose workweek is less than forty (40) hours.
