Compensation and Support a. A one-time, off-salary-schedule increase of 4% (based on the salary schedule at the moment of ratification) shall be paid to all members, understood by the Parties as compensation for labors unique to the 2021-2022 school year:

Compensation and Support. A. Contractor will be paid per diem rates for performing System Integration projects and “scar tissue rates” in accordance with Schedule 2 (“Rates”) upon submission of invoices containing a full, detailed description of work performed.
Compensation and Support. The Company shall compensate the Consultant for the performance of the Services at such times and in such amounts as set forth in the Statement of Compensation and Support attached as Schedule B hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

If Consultant is requested to travel to render services hereunder, the Company shall reimburse Consultant for all necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by Consultant in accordance with and as permitted by the expense reimbursement policies adopted by the Company.

  • Compensation and Fringe Benefits (a) The Company shall, during the Term of Employment, pay to the Executive as compensation for the performance of his duties and obligations a salary of $240,000 per annum.
