Compensation and Other Costs. 5.1 Each party will fully compensate its own employees for any services provided pursuant to this agreement. Each party assumes full responsibility for its own lost or damaged equipment regardless of the cause of such loss or damage. The parties agree that each is fully responsible to cover all costs associated with providing Game security or attending or participating in any related training.

Compensation and Other Costs. North Bend shall compensate Issaquah for providing all services as specified in Paragraph 2 of this Agreement by payment on a monthly basis. North Bend shall pay Issaquah a fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) each month. In the event that this Agreement takes effect on a day other than the first of a month, North Bend will pay Issaquah on a pro-rated basis for the first month. This fee shall be the sole compensation due Issaquah for all services provided. These fees shall be paid regardless of whether the cases are later dismissed without a full adjudication. North Bend shall additionally pay Issaquah all other costs as specified as the responsibility of North Bend in Section 3.1 hereof.
Compensation and Other Costs. North Bend shall compensate Issaquah for providing all services as specified in Section 2 of this Agreement by payment on a per case basis, a case being defined as an incident and not a case number. North Bend shall pay Issaquah a fee of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per new case for public defender services. In addition, North Bend shall pay Issaquah a fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00) per new case for conflict public defender services. These fees shall be the sole compensation due Issaquah for all services provided. These fees shall be paid regardless of whether the cases are later dismissed without a full adjudication.

  • COMPENSATION AND OTHER FEES As compensation for the services provided by Xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, the Company agrees to pay to Xxxxxx:

  • Attorneys’ Fees and Other Costs If either party breaches this Agreement, or if a dispute arises between the parties based on or involving this Agreement, the party that prevails in the resolution of such dispute is entitled to recover from the other party its reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, and expenses incurred in enforcing such rights or resolving such dispute. For purposes of this Section 10.11, the finder of fact shall be requested to answer affirmatively as to whether a party “prevailed” in order to recoup attorneys’ fees and other costs pursuant to this Section 10.11.

  • Compensation and Other Benefits Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Company shall pay and provide the following compensation and other benefits to the Executive during the Term as compensation for services rendered hereunder:

  • Handling Fees and Other Expenses All fees and out of pocket expenses relating to this Agreement, including but not limited to legal costs, costs of production, stamp tax and any other taxes and fees, shall be borne by Party C.

  • Attorneys’ Fees and Other Expenses To the extent permitted by the Oregon Constitution and the Oregon Tort Claims Act, the prevailing party in any dispute arising from this Contract is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs at trial and on appeal. Reasonable attorneys’ fees cannot exceed the rate charged to OBDD by its attorneys.

  • Servicing and Other Compensation The Servicer, as compensation for its activities hereunder, shall be entitled to receive, on or prior to each Distribution Date, the amounts provided for as the Servicing Fee and as reimbursement for Nonrecoverable Advances, Servicing Advances and reimbursement for Advances, all as specified by Section 5.09. The amount of compensation or reimbursement provided for shall be accounted for on a Mortgage Loan-by-Mortgage Loan basis. Additional servicing compensation in the form of assumption fees, prepayment fees and late payment charges shall be retained by the Servicer, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its servicing activities hereunder (including the fees and expenses of the Trustee and any Sub-Servicer) and shall not be entitled to reimbursement therefor except as specifically provided in Sections 5.09 and 5.21.

  • Fees and Other Charges (a) The Borrower will pay a fee on all outstanding Letters of Credit at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Margin then in effect with respect to Eurodollar Loans under the Revolving Facility, shared ratably among the Revolving Lenders and payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date. In addition, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account a fronting fee of 0.25% per annum on the undrawn and unexpired amount of each Letter of Credit, payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date.

  • Administrative and Other Fees The Borrower agrees to pay the administrative and other fees of the Administrative Agent as provided in the Fee Letter and as may be otherwise agreed to in writing from time to time by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

  • TAXES AND OTHER LIABILITIES Pay and discharge when due any and all indebtedness, obligations, assessments and taxes, both real or personal, including without limitation federal and state income taxes and state and local property taxes and assessments, except such (a) as Borrower may in good faith contest or as to which a bona fide dispute may arise, and (b) for which Borrower has made provision, to Bank's satisfaction, for eventual payment thereof in the event Borrower is obligated to make such payment.

  • Reimbursement of Business and Other Expenses (a) The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement and the Company shall promptly reimburse him for all such expenses, subject to documentation in accordance with reasonable policies of the Company.
