Compassionate Care. 32.05 The Employer recognizes the potential need for employees to care for a gravely ill or dying family member. An Employee may request compassionate leave under the Employment Insurance Compassionate Care Benefits program. An Employee who has been granted leave under this clause may apply for a continuation of the leave if required.
