Committee on Adjustments. At the request of either of the parties hereto, any question of interpretation or application of the provisions of this Agreement may be referred to the Committee on Adjustments which shall consist of two (2) representatives from the Division, appointed by the Chief Superintendent, and two (2) representatives appointed by the Association. Both parties may have additional persons in attendance.

Committee on Adjustments. Upon request of the Board or the teacher concerned or the Association, any questions of interpretation or application of the provisions of this Agreement may be referred to a committee composed of one representative of the Board and one representative of the Association. If this committee cannot reach a decision either party may use the provisions of Article 20 of this Agreement to resolve the dispute.

  • Compensation Adjustments Any compensation agreed to hereunder may be adjusted from time to time by mutual agreement by attaching revised Schedules A or B to this Agreement.

  • Certain Adjustments The Exercise Price and number of Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant are subject to adjustment from time to time as set forth in this Section 9.

  • Annual Adjustments Base Rent shall be increased on each annual anniversary of the first day of the first full month during the Term of this Lease (each an “Adjustment Date”) by multiplying the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date by the Rent Adjustment Percentage and adding the resulting amount to the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date. Base Rent, as so adjusted, shall thereafter be due as provided herein. Base Rent adjustments for any fractional calendar month shall be prorated.

  • Pay Adjustments (1) Where the rate of pay of a position or job is adjusted upwards, the employee shall be placed on the lowest step of the new pay range which will give him/her a monthly increase and the increment anniversary shall be that date.

  • SYSTEM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT 16.1 In compliance with Section 204, Title II, of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, there is hereby established a System Board of Adjustment for the purpose of adjusting disputes or grievances which may arise under the terms of this Agreement and which are properly submitted to it after all steps for settling disputes and grievances as set forth in Article 15 have been exhausted.

  • Annual Adjustment At the end of each Fiscal Year and following receipt by Manager of the annual accounting referred to in Article 10, an adjustment will be made to such annual account, if necessary and if available, so that the appropriate amount shall have been deposited in the Reserve.

  • EQUITY ADJUSTMENTS The parties subscribe to the principle of equal pay for work of equal value. The parties will continue to move towards the mutual goal of the Community Social Services Sector achieving the objectives set out in Sections A(1), (2) and (3) above, as follows:

  • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salary.

  • ADJUSTMENT OF GRIEVANCES 26.01 Any complaint, disagreement or difference of opinion between the Employer and the Union, or the employees covered by this Agreement, which concerns the interpretation, application, operation or alleged violation of the terms and provisions of this Agreement, shall be considered as a grievance.

  • CPI Adjustment In this Agreement, “CPI-Adjusted” in reference to an amount means that amount is adjusted under the following formula: N  C  (1 CPIn  CPIc ) CPIc where: ”N” is the new amount being calculated; and “C” is the current amount being adjusted; and
