COMMISSIONER OF INSURANCE. The purchaser may cancel this service contract at any time. If you cancel this service contract within 30 days of the date of purchase, the Administrator shall return 100% of the purchase price less actual costs or charges needed to issue and service the service contract. If you cancel this service contract Plan after 30 days, you will receive a pro-rated refund less a cancellation fee of 10% of the purchase price up to $25.00. Unauthorized repairs may not be covered.

COMMISSIONER OF INSURANCE. All references toService Agreement” are hereby deleted and replaced with “Service Contract”. You may cancel this Service Contract at any time. We may only cancel this Service Contract for material misrepresentation by You, non-payment by You or a substantial breach of duties by You relating to the covered property or its use. If this Service Contract is canceled within thirty (30) days of the Start Date and no claims have been paid by Us, We shall return one hundred percent (100%) of the Service Contract fee paid by You and the Service Contract shall be void. If You request cancellation of the Service Contract within thirty (30) days of the Start Date and the refund is not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days of the date of cancellation, a ten percent (10%) penalty will be added to the refund for every thirty (30) days the refund is not paid. If this Service Contract is canceled after thirty (30) days of the Start Date or a claim has been paid by Us, We shall return one hundred percent (100%) of the unearned pro-rata Service Contract fee paid, less any claims paid by Us and less a cancellation fee not to exceed ten percent (10%) of the Service Contract fee paid. If You request cancellation due to a total loss of Your product which is not covered by a replacement under the terms of Your Service Contract, We shall return one hundred percent (100%) of the unearned pro-rata Service Contract fee paid, less any claims paid by Us. COMMISSIONER OF INSURANCE. If You cancel within thirty (30) days of receipt of this Agreement, You must first return to the Selling Retailer or to the Obligor should the Selling Retailer not be available. Proof of loss should be furnished by You to the Administrator as soon as reasonably possible and within one (1) year after the time required by this Agreement. Failure to furnish such notice or proof within the time required by this Agreement does not invalidate or reduce a claim. A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days of receipt of returned service Agreement. If Administrator fails to provide, or reimburse or pay for, a service that is covered under this Agreement within sixty-one (61) days after You provide proof of loss, or if the Administrator becomes insolvent or otherwise financially impaired, You may file a claim directly with the Insurer for reimbursement, payment, or provision of the service. If Your cancellation request is made more than thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, You will receive a pro-rata refund of the Agreement purchase price, less the cost of repairs made (if any), and less an administrative fee to not exceed [$50.00] or ten percent (10%) of the purchase price whichever is less. In the event of a total loss of the Covered Product that is not covered by a replacement of the Covered Product pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, You shall be entitled to cancel this Agreement and receive a pro rata refund of any unearned provider fee, less any claims paid.
