Policy Limit. The Licensee expressly agrees to comply with all provisions of the Workers’ Compensation Laws of the states or countries where the work is being performed, including the provisions of Title 51 of the Revised Code of Washington for all work occurring in the State of Washington.

Policy Limit. This company's liability will not exceed the respective Sub-Limits of Liability shown elsewhere for the coverages involved. However, in no event will the company's total Limit of Liability exceed * as a result of any one occurrence, regardless of the number of perils, coverages or locations involved.
Policy Limit. Franchisee, at its sole expense, shall obtain and maintain a policy of commercial general liability insurance, throughout the Term of this Agreement, providing coverage for claims arising from the exercise of the permission granted hereunder by City. Such insurance coverage shall have policy limits of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage and Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) general aggregate.
