Clinical Experience and Education. Clinical Experience and Education is established in compliance with the GMEC Clinical Experience and Education Policy and ACGME Common Program Requirements, Section VI.F.1-8. Residents may be assigned night rotation and weekend duties on a regular basis. The Program shall establish fair and reasonable schedules of hours of duty for residents, as well as adequate and defined off-duty hours. The Program shall maintain a policy on Clinical and Educational work and work hours that is in keeping with the educational objectives and patient care responsibilities of the Program. The Program will monitor the Clinical and Educational work hours. In turn, residents are required to participate in tracking work hours per the Program protocol. When a resident is assigned to a rotation in a program different from his/her Program, the guidelines of that assigned program apply. Time spent on patient care activities on at-home call must count towards the 80-hour maximum working limit. Hours spent moonlighting will be counted in the 80 hour work week and must be pre-approved by the Program Director. First year residents cannot moonlight. Each individual residency program will determine when and if their residents can moonlight.

Clinical Experience and Education. House Staff Member understands and agrees that the hours of duty will vary with the clinical area to which the House Staff Member is assigned. The Hospital shall maintain an environment conducive to the health and well- being of the House Staff Member, in accordance with duty hour restrictions imposed by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. House Staff Member shall refer to the GME Institutional Policies/House Staff Manual for a complete description of the Clinical Experience and Education Policy.

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.

  • Education, Training and Experience Grade 12 and two years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Outreach and Education The agencies agree to coordinate, conduct joint outreach presentations, and prepare and distribute publications, when appropriate, for the regulated community of common concern. • The agencies agree to work with each other to provide a side-by-side comparison of laws with overlapping provisions and jurisdiction. • The agencies agree to provide a hyperlink on each agency’s website linking users directly to the outreach materials in areas of mutual jurisdiction and concern. • The agencies agree to jointly disseminate outreach materials to the regulated community, when appropriate. • All materials bearing the DOL or DOL/WHD name, logo, or seal must be approved in advance by DOL. • All materials bearing the OEAS name, logo, or seal must be approved in advance by OEAS.

  • Educational Pricing All Products to be supplied for educational purposes that are subject to educational discounts shall be identified in the Bid and such discounts shall be made available to qualifying institutions.

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.

  • Education Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

  • Special Education Teachers Whenever any Elementary Special Education class to which a student(s) is(are) added as a result of the distribution of students from the class of an absent Elementary Special Education teacher, Article 8-7 shall be in effect. In addition, whenever the class size of the receiving Special Education teacher exceeds the class size maxim mandated by Special Education class size law and/or regulation, the Xxxxxxxx Formula in AAA Case No. 1139-0696- 85, February 21, 1986, shall be used to calculate the compensation which said teacher shall receive as follows: The rate of pay for said teacher for teaching said additional students shall be computed by multiplying the teacher’s daily gross compensation by a fraction in which the denominator is twenty-six (26) and the numerator is the number of children taught in excess of Article 8-1.1 Item 3 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the parties.

  • Education and Experience ▪ Secondary School Honour Graduation, plus a minimum of nine years' pertinent experience, or the equivalent in experience, additional education and/or training; OR ▪ Graduation from a recognized institute of advanced technology, or equivalent formal education, and a minimum of five years' pertinent technological experience.
