CLEAN AIR REQUIREMENTS. A. The contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401 et seq . The contractor agrees to report each violation to the purchaser and understands and agrees that the purchaser will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office.

Consultant also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $100,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FTA.

The Contractor agrees to report each violation to the LMDC and understands and agrees that the LMDC will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office. The Contractor also agrees to include the requirements of this Clause in all subcontracts exceeding $100,000 issued pursuant to this Contract.
CLEAN AIR REQUIREMENTS. Contractor and its subcontractors and consultants shall be required to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§7401 et seq. To the extent that Contractor discovers or becomes aware of a violation of these requirements during the course of performing this Agreement, Contractor agrees to report such violation to the IPTC and understands and agrees that the IPTC will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office. Contractor also agrees to include the requirements of the above clause in each subcontract issued pursuant to this Agreement exceeding $100,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by the FTA.

CLEAN AIR REQUIREMENTS. This section applies to all contracts over the SAT, including indefinite quantities wherethe amount is expected to exceed the SAT in any year. The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, (42 U.S.C. 7401-7671q). The Contractor agrees to report each violation to the Authority and understands and agrees that the Authority will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office. The Contractor shall include the above clause in every subcontract exceeding the SAT financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by the FTA and shall ensure that such provisions will be binding upon each subcontractor of any tier.
