Federal Assistance means assistance received by the facility under title VI or title XVI of the Act and any assist- ance supplementary to that title VI or title XVI assistance received by the fa- cility under any of the following acts: the District of Columbia Medical Fa- cilities Construction Act of 1968, 82 Stat. 631 (Pub.
