Claims Review Duties. The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for reviewing and approving Claim Forms in accordance with this Agreement. Claims Review duties include, but are not limited to: - Reviewing each Claim Form submitted to determine whether each Claim Form meets the requirements set forth in this Agreement and whether it should be allowed, including determining whether a Claim by any Settlement Class Member is timely, complete, and valid; - Working with Settlement Class Members who submit timely claims to try to cure any Claim Form deficiencies; - Using all reasonable efforts and means to identify and reject duplicate and/or fraudulent claims, including, without limitation, maintaining a database of all Claims Form submissions; - Keeping an accurate and updated accounting via a database of the number of Claim Forms received, the amount claimed on each Claim Form, the name and address of the Settlement Class Members who made the claim, the type of claim made, whether the claim has any deficiencies, and whether the claim has been approved as timely and valid; and - Otherwise implementing and assisting with the Claim review process and payment of the Claims, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Grievance Committee The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of the Chief Xxxxxxx and not more than (as set out in Local Provisions Appendix) employees selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A general representative of the Union may be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement. The Union shall keep the Hospital notified in writing of the names of the members of the Grievance Committee appointed or selected under this Article as well as the effective date of their respective appointments. A Committee member shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending grievance meetings with the Hospital up to, but not including arbitration. The number of employees on the Grievance Committee shall be determined locally.

  • Union Grievance Committee (a) The Employer shall recognize a Union Grievance Committee which consists of:

  • Review Protocol A narrative description of how the Claims Review was conducted and what was evaluated.
