Fraudulent Claims. If any claim under this Agreement is in any respect fraudulent, all benefits payable and/or paid in relation to that claim shall be forfeited and if deemed appropriate, recoverable, respectively.
Fraudulent Claims. If the Insured or anyone acting on its behalf makes a fraudulent claim under this Policy, the Insurer: a) is not liable to pay the claim; b) may recover any part of the claim already paid from the relevant Insured; and c) may by notice to the Insured treat this Policy as having been terminated with effect from the time of the first fraudulent act, in which case the Insurer is not liable to that Insured in respect of a relevant event occurring after that time and may retain any premium. Fraudulent Claims. Fraudulent actions automatically preclude employees from receiving injury leave benefits and if any benefits are paid pursuant to a fraudulent claim, they shall be repaid immediately and/or may be withheld from an employee's final pay upon termination. Fraudulent actions are subject to disciplinary action where appropriate.

Fraudulent Claims. Any claim for benefits under the policy which is based on false or incorrect information on an application, claim form or other documents required to verify benefits will result in the benefits being denied or the liability assumed by the Beneficiary if the benefit has already been provided or performed.
Fraudulent Claims. If a claim contains information that is false or misleading in any material respect and you either know that it is false or misleading or consciously disregard whether it is false or misleading, or a claim is otherwise fraudulent in any respect, (“Fraudulent Claim”), we shall be entitled to: (a) refuse to pay the claim; and (b) terminate the Policy by written notice in which case cover under the Policy shall be treated as having terminated with effect from the date on which the Fraudulent Claim was submitted. In such circumstances of termination we shall refuse all liability to you under the Policy in respect of any claim made after the date of submission of the Fraudulent Claim (but not in respect of any claim(s) made before submission of the Fraudulent Claim) and we need not return any of the premiums paid under the Policy.
