City of Melbourne. Construction Sites This sub-clause is only applicable for new lifts/escalators being installed on construction sites within the City of Melbourne (as defined in Clause 2.1.2). As per Clause 2.5, it is the responsibility of the Builder/ Head Contractor to ensure the amenities prescribed by the Workplace Code of Practice for Building & Construction Workplaces are provided as a minimum. While the parties agree it is neither the intent, nor obligation of Easy Living Lifts to assume the Builder/ Head Contractor’s responsibility for providing adequate amenities on site; Forte will work with the Head Contractor to ensure the following amenities are provided;
