CITY CONTRACTING REQUIREMENTS. Subsection 9.1 Standard Provisions, is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: Contractor shall comply with the Standard Provisions for City Contracts (Rev. 9/22) [v.1], attached hereto as Attachment A and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein. Each occurrence of the phrase “Standard Provisions for City Contracts (Rev. 10/17)[v.3]” in the Original Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with “Standard Provisions for City Contracts (Rev. 9/22)[v.1]”.
CITY CONTRACTING REQUIREMENTS. Lessee in the construction, repair or maintenance of any improvements costing more than $50,000 on the Premises shall comply with Xxxxxx's contracting policies, including Affirmative Action, Small and Underutilized Business Enterprises, Job Linkage, Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship Programs.   • Bonding Requirements The Contractor is required to furnish a performance bond on the form in a form acceptable to the City, in a sum of not less than [insert bonding level] of the annual amount of the contract to guarantee the faithful performance of this contract.
