Sunshine Ordinance Sample Clauses

Sunshine Ordinance. In accordance with San Francisco Administrative Code §67.24(e), contracts, contractorsbids, responses to solicitations and all other records of communications between City and persons or firms seeking contracts, shall be open to inspection immediately after a contract has been awarded. Nothing in this provision requires the disclosure of a private person or organization’s net worth or other proprietary financial data submitted for qualification for a contract or other benefit until and unless that person or organization is awarded the contract or benefit. Information provided which is covered by this paragraph will be made available to the public upon request.
Sunshine Ordinance. Contractor acknowledges that this Agreement and all records related to its formation, Contractor’s performance of Services, and City’s payment are subject to the California Public Records Act, (California Government Code §6250 et. seq.), and the San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance, (San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 67). Such records are subject to public inspection and copying unless exempt from disclosure under federal, state or local law.

Nothing in such Section 67.24(e) (as it exists on the date hereof) requires the disclosure of a private person’s or organization’s net worth or other proprietary financial data submitted for qualification for a grant or other benefit until and unless that person or organization is awarded the grant or benefit. All information provided by Grantee that is covered by such Section 67.24(e) (as it may be amended from time to time) will be made available to the public upon request.
Sunshine Ordinance. Seller understands and agrees that under the City’s Sunshine Ordinance (San Francisco Administrative Code, Chapter 67) and the State Public Records Law (Gov. Code Section 6250 et seq.), this Agreement and any and all records, information, and materials submitted to the City hereunder public records subject to public disclosure. Seller hereby acknowledges that the City may disclose any records, information and materials submitted to the City in connection with this Agreement.

All information provided by the Contractor which is covered by that ordinance (as it may be amended) will be made available to the public upon appropriate request.
Sunshine Ordinance. State understands and agrees that under the State Public Records Law (Gov. Code Section 6250 et seq.), this Agreement and any and all records, information, and materials submitted to the CITY hereunder public records subject to public disclosure. State hereby acknowledges that the CITY may disclose any records, information and materials submitted to the CITY in connection with this Agreement.
Sunshine Ordinance. OCII and MOHCD acknowledge and agree that MOHCD is subject to the City's Sunshine Ordinance (S.F. Admin. Code, Chapter 67) and the State Public Records Law (Cal. Gov. Code §§ 6250 et seq.), and as a result, this MOU and any and all records, information and materials submitted to the City hereunder are subject to public disclosure under the provisions of those laws.
