Sunshine Ordinance. Contractor acknowledges that this Agreement and all records related to its formation, Contractor’s performance of Services, and City’s payment are subject to the California Public Records Act, (California Government Code §6250 et. seq.), and the San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance, (San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 67). Such records are subject to public inspection and copying unless exempt from disclosure under federal, state or local law.

Sunshine Ordinance. In accordance with San Francisco Administrative Code §67.24(e), contracts, contractors’ bids, responses to solicitations and all other records of communications between City and persons or firms seeking contracts, shall be open to inspection immediately after a contract has been awarded. Studies, documents and reports produced by Contractor at the direction of the Board of Supervisors shall be owned by the Board of Supervisors as specified in Section 26 of this agreement. Contractor agrees to assist the Board of Supervisors and the Clerk of the Board in responding to any public request for access to such documents and reports or related material.
Sunshine Ordinance. OCII and MOHCD acknowledge and agree that MOHCD is subject to the City's Sunshine Ordinance (S.F. Admin. Code, Chapter 67) and the State Public Records Law (Cal. Gov. Code §§ 6250 et seq.), and as a result, this MOU and any and all records, information and materials submitted to the City hereunder are subject to public disclosure under the provisions of those laws.
