The City Agencies will review submittals made to them for consistency with the Applicable City Regulations. Each City Agency will provide any comments on the submittal to the Agency within thirty (30) days from the City Agency’s receipt of the submittal, subject to any longer period set forth in the Interagency Cooperation Agreement or the Planning Cooperation Agreement if applicable. Consistent with the Agency’s responsibilities under the Interagency Cooperation Agreement and the Planning Cooperation Agreement, the Agency shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause each applicable City Agency to complete its review of each Complete Sub-Phase Application, or applicable portions thereof, within such time.
