City Agencies definition

City Agencies means the City departments, agencies, boards, commissions, and bureaus that have subdivision or other permit, entitlement, or approval authority or jurisdiction over development of the Project, or any improvement located on or off the Project Site, including, without limitation, the City Manager, PBCE Department, Director of PBCE, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Neighborhood Services, Environmental Services Department, Housing Department, and Department of Public Works, together with any successors to the foregoing City agencies, departments, boards, or commissions.
City Agencies means the City departments, agencies, boards, commissions, and bureaus that execute or consent to this Agreement, or are controlled by persons or commissions that have executed or consented to this Agreement, that have subdivision or other permit, entitlement or approval authority or jurisdiction over development of the Project, or any improvement located on or off the Project Sites, including, without limitation, the City Administrator, Department of Public Health, Planning Department, DBI, MOH, OEWD, SFMTA, DPW, and SFFD, together with any successor City agency, department, board, or commission.
City Agencies means the City departments, agencies, boards, commissions, and bureaus that execute or consent to this Agreement, or are controlled by persons or commissions that have executed or consented to this Agreement, that have subdivision or other permit, entitlement or approval authority or jurisdiction over development of the Project, or any improvement located on or off the Project Site, including, without limitation, the City Administrator, Planning Department, Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development ("MOHCD"), Office of Economic and Workforce Development ("OEWD"), SFMTA, DPW, DBI, together with any successor City agency, department, board, or commission. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the exclusive jurisdiction under the City’s Charter of a City department that has not approved or consented to this Agreement in connection with the issuance of a Subsequent Approval.
