Common use of Christmas and New Year’s Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Christmas and New Year’s Scheduling. Full-Time The Hospital will schedule employees off work for not less than three (3) consecutive days at either Christmas or New Year’s. The Hospital will give Christmas Eve off with Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve off with New Year’s Day. Employees who normally work Monday to Friday will have the option to make alternate arrangements for time off at Christmas and New Years in accordance with past practice.
