Audio Plan. The Corporation shall pay the cost of the Audio Plan (Hearing Aid Plan) providing the cost of a hearing aid and dispensing fee, once every three (3) years for each person covered. The benefit plan shall pay the cost of an Audiology test to a maximum of $80.00 once every thirty-six (36) months.
