Audio Plan. The Corporation shall pay the cost of the Audio Plan (Hearing Aid Plan) providing the cost of a hearing aid and dispensing fee, once every three (3) years for each person covered. The benefit plan shall pay the cost of an Audiology test to a maximum of $80.00 once every thirty-six (36) months.

Audio Plan. The Hospital will provide full time employees in the bargaining unit with the Green Shield Audio Plan and it will pay One Hundred Per Cent (100%) of the premium charged.
