Change of orders. Any proposed change to an Order must be provided to the Company in writing and the Company may (at the Company’s option) accept or reject the change. The Company’s acceptance of a proposed change may be subject to conditions (e.g. the Distributor agreeing to a change in the Charges for the Products the subject of that Order).
