Change Of Duties And Rates Of Pay. .1 When the duties or volume of work in any classification are changed or increased in other than a minor way (other than temporarily) or when the Union and/or an employee feels the employee’s position is unfairly or incorrectly classified, or when a position not covered in Schedule “A” or “A1” is established during the term of this Agreement, the rate of pay shall be subject to negotiations between the Employer and the Union. The classification will be evaluated according to the parties’ gender-neutral job evaluation system and placed in the wage administration plan based on the principles of equity and market competitiveness.
