Career and Skills Development Fund. (a) Purpose The general purpose of the Career & Skills Development Fund is to provide relevant training and education opportunities for vocational instructors. Such opportunities are intended to assist instructors to maintain current knowledge and skills as well as develop new skills that will enhance instructors’ ability to achieve excellence in teaching.
