CANCELLATION OR VARIATION a) An order may be cancelled or varied by the Client only if such cancellation or variation is accepted by Intellect IT in writing and any such cancellation or variation shall only occur on terms which provide that Intellect IT will be compensated by the Client against any costs or loss (including but not limited to loss of profit) incurred.
CANCELLATION OR VARIATION. This section refers to a Booking made direct with the Owner or on a Third Party Booking Website where the Third Party Booking Website does not define a specific policy regarding cancellation or variation. ▪ Cancellation received any time prior to 30 days before the Booking period commencement date: the Deposit (excluding any Security Bond paid) will be forfeited by the Guest and retained by the Owners as the cancellation fee. ▪ Cancellations received between 29 days prior to the Booking start date and the Booking start date: 100% of the Booking Amount (excluding Security Bond paid) will be forfeited. ▪ A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be a treated as a cancellation of the Booking. ▪ A variation of the Booking which moves the Booking start and end date to a new and available period will be treated as a cancellation of the Booking. ▪ If the Owners are able to re-let the Property for the period cancelled, a further refund may be made to the Guest less commissions and expenses. ▪ The Owners reserve the right to amend, cancel or vary the Booking via email to the Guest. In this case, the Owner will be refunded 100% of all monies paid to date by the Guest to the Owners.

If you wish to vary or cancel your booking please note our cancellation policy. • If cancellation occurs with more than 30 days’ notice of scheduled arrival time, the Booking amount is refundable, less an admin fee ($75 plus any other associated costs). • If cancellation occurs within 14 to 30 days’ notice of scheduled arrival time, 75% of the Booking amount is refundable, less an admin fee ($75 plus any other associated costs). • If cancellation occurs within 7 to 14 days’ notice of scheduled arrival time, we will refund your booking amount minus the admin fee only if we are able to fully rebook your cancelled dates. • If cancellation occurs with less than 7 days’ notice of scheduled arrival time, the full amount is non refundable. • Failure to arrive or cancellation after arrival, there is no refund given. • Communications with respect to cancellation or transfers must be confirmed in writing (email or letter) and must be acknowledged by us in writing.

CANCELLATION OR VARIATION. 4.1 The Customer may cancel an Advertisement by written notice to the Advertising Contact. Notice of cancellation must be received at least seven (7) days before the advertising booking deadline set out in the Media Kit or the artwork is required. If the notice of cancellation is not received by the Advertising Contact at least seven (7) days before the advertising booking deadline set out in the Media Kit, the Customer shall remain indebted to the ABC for all Fees payable in respect of the cancelled Advertisement, even if the Advertisement is not published in the Magazine.

Cancellation within 30 days of check-in, a 100% refund will be provided. • Cancellation within 14 days of check-in a 50% refund will be provided. • Cancellation of any booking within 7 days of check-in, will result in 100% loss of booking amount. • If a guest requests a variation to the Booking, which reduces the number of nights stay, this will be treated as a cancellation (in respect of those nights) and the above cancellation terms apply. • Minimum night's stay policy is 2 nights (unless otherwise stated). No refund will be made for a variation to the extent that it breaches the minimum 2 nights stay policy.

If you cancel within 4 weeks of arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay, unless we are able to rebook the Property for the same dates. • A variation of the booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those nights. • An administration charge of $50 may be charged for any variation or cancellation. • If Management is able to relet the Property for the period cancelled a further refund may be made less admin charges, commissions and expenses.
