CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT. State Street shall use reasonable efforts to act on all authorized requests to cancel or amend payment orders received in compliance with the Security Procedure provided that such requests are received in a timely manner affording State Street reasonable opportunity to act. However, State Street assumes no liability if the request for amendment or cancellation cannot be satisfied.
CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT. SSB shall use reasonable efforts to act on all authorized requests to cancel or amend payment orders received in compliance with the selected Security Procedures provided that such requests are received in sufficient time to afford SSB a reasonable opportunity to act prior to executing the payment order. However, the Transfer Agent assumes no liability if the request for amendment or cancellation cannot be satisfied.
CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT. If you ask us to amend or cancel any “Instruction” and your request complies with our internal procedures as in effect from time to time, we will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request prior to executing your Instruction. We will not be liable to you, however, if we fail for any reason to amend or cancel your Instruction.

IFTC shall use reasonable efforts to act on all authorized requests to cancel or amend payment orders received in compliance with the selected Security Procedures provided that such requests are received in sufficient time to afford IFTC a reasonable opportunity to act prior to executing the payment order. However, IFTC assumes no liability if the request for amendment or cancellation cannot be satisfied by IFTC's reasonable efforts.
CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT. You shall have no right to cancel or amend any entry/file after its receipt by us. However, we shall use reasonable efforts to act on a request, in writing, by an Authorized User to cancel an entry/file before transmitting it to the Federal Reserve Bank. Any such request shall comply with the security procedures described in Section 5.4 above. You may be required to submit a new transfer request in writing or electronically through the Online Services. We shall have no liability if the cancellation or change is not affected.
CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT. This grant may be canceled or amended by the Board, in whole or in part, at any time if the Board determines, in its sole discretion, that cancellation or amendment is necessary or advisable in light of any change after the Date of Grant in (a) the Code or the regulations issued thereunder or (b) any federal or state securities law or other law or regulation, which change by its term is effective retroactively to a date on or before the Date of Grant.
CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT. You shall have no right to cancel or amend any payment order after such payment order has been received by the Bank. However, the Bank shall use reasonable efforts to act on a request by you to cancel a payment order, whether prior to or after the Bank’s acceptance of such payment order, provided such request for cancellation is transmitted to the Bank and complies strictly with this Agreement. In no event shall the Bank be liable if such cancellation is not effected.
