Calendar Month Worked. A calendar month worked for the purpose of earning vacation is one in which the employee has been fully compensated for fifty percent (50%) or more of his/her working days in the month.

  • Month A period commencing at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the first Day of a calendar month and extending until 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the first Day of the next succeeding calendar month. Monthly shall have the correlative meaning.

  • Calendar Year Calendar Year" for the purposes of this Agreement shall mean the twelve (12) month period from January 1st to December 31st, inclusive.

In the event of any insured damage or destruction, Redeveloper agrees to use its good faith efforts to commence restoration of the Private Improvements to its prior condition within nine (9) months from the date of the damage or destruction, and shall diligently pursue the same to completion.
