Buyer’s Credit. Rapiscan’s performance under this Agreement shall at all times be subject to Rapiscan’s approval of Buyer's credit. Without limiting its other rights and remedies available under this Agreement or pursuant to law, Rapiscan shall be permitted to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect (i.e., without giving Buyer opportunity to cure such breach), in whole or in part, or to suspend the performance of Services, in whole or in part, and shall be permitted to impose such other terms and conditions or security arrangements as Rapiscan, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate to ensure full payment by Buyer for the Services.

Buyer’s Credit. Should Buyer’s financial responsibility become unsatisfactory to Seller, Seller may require cash payments or security satisfactory to Seller for future deliveries and for the goods theretofore delivered. Seller reserves the right, among other remedies, to suspend further deliveries in the event Buyer fails to pay for any one shipment in full when same becomes due, and such failure to pay shall be grounds for termination under Section 5.
Buyer’s Credit. If the financial responsibility of Buyer becomes impaired or unsatisfactory to Seller, or Buyer is in default to Seller under this or any other contract, advance cash payment or satisfactory security shall be given by Buyer upon demand by Seller, and shipments may be withheld until such payments or security is received. Buyer shall make no deductions (including those alleged damages) from payments due hereunder.
Buyer’s Credit. Any credit granted to Buyer may in the sole discretion of Seller be reduced or withdrawn at any time, any previously approved payment terms to the contrary notwithstanding. Seller reserves the right to withhold, suspend or stop in transit any shipment should any doubt arise as to Buyer’s credit or financial responsibility.

Seller shall be permitted to terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, or to suspend deliveries (required by the terms of the Agreement or under any other agreement between Seller and Buyer) and warranty service and shall be permitted to impose such other terms and conditions or security arrangements as Seller, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate at any time to ensure full payment by Buyer for the Products. Buyer represents and warrants that it is solvent at the time of placing any order and if Buyer becomes insolvent at anytime prior to delivery of the Products Buyer shall immediately notify Seller.
Buyer’s Credit. Seller reserves the right to do any one or more of the following, whenever warranted based on the financial condition of Buyer, at Seller’s sole discretion: alter or suspend credit; modify any credit terms provided to Buyer; require cash payments or satisfactory security from Buyer before shipment; or accelerate the due date of payment by Buyer under any contract or order with Seller. Seller further reserves the right to retain possession of the Products and the right to stop Products in transit. At Seller’s option, any failure by Buyer to pay any Invoice when due shall cause all subsequent Invoices to be immediately due and payable in full, irrespective of their terms. Acceptance by Seller of any partial payment shall not waive any rights of Seller. Interest will be charged on the unpaid balance of past due accounts at the rate of two percent (2%) per month, or at the highest rate legally permitted if less than two percent per month. Nothing in this paragraph shall operate to limit or otherwise restrict Seller’s rights and remedies in the event of a default hereof by Buyer.
Buyer’s Credit. Seller reserves the right, among other remedies, either to terminate this contract or to suspend further deliveries under it in the event Buyer fails to pay for any one shipment when payment is due. Should Buyer's credit standing become unsatisfactory to Seller, cash payments or satisfactory security may be required by Seller for future deliveries and for goods theretofore delivered. Buyer reserves the right, among other remedies, to terminate this contract due to Seller’s inability to supply Product to the Buyer for periods longer than 30 days in a given year or due the Seller’s repeated failure to supply Product meeting the agreed upon specifications, in both instances without Buyer’s liability or responsibility.

Buyer’s Credit. If Buyer becomes insolvent, Seller shall have the right to stop any Product in transit. Such action will not prejudice any claim that Seller may assert against Buyer hereunder.
