Business of the Corporation. (a) Except as set forth in Schedule 5.6(a) of the Corporation’s Disclosure Schedule, the business of the Corporation (the “Business”) is described in the executive summary of the Corporation, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C (the “Executive Summary”).
Business of the Corporation. (a) Except as set forth in Schedule 5.6(a) of the Corporation’s Disclosure Schedule, the business of the Corporation (the “Business”) is described in the annual and other reports filed by the Corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission (collectively, the “Public Filings”).
Business of the Corporation. The Corporation shall carry on the business of academic enrichment and cognitive rehabilitation, or such other business as the parties might unanimously agree (the “Business”).
Business of the Corporation. The Corporation shall not carry on any activity or business other than the Business.
Business of the Corporation. The purpose of the Corporation is (i) to acquire all of the outstanding stock of Xxxxxxx Energy & Environmental, Inc. ("XXX"), the assets of which consist primarily of a gas-fired electric cogeneration plant and hardwood lumber kiln drying facility located at 0000 Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx (the "Facility"); to cause XXX to convert the Facility's gas-fired power plant to a wood-fired power plant and refurbish the Facility's kiln drying facility (the "Project"); and, following completion of the Project, to cause XXX to operate the Facility, and (ii) to engage in any other activities permitted by applicable law.
Business of the Corporation. The Corporation, together with the Subsidiaries, is engaged in the business of selling and servicing power generation equipment and providing power-solutions to customers in Canada and certain parts of the United States (the “Business”).
Business of the Corporation. The business of the Corporation and its Subsidiaries is the manufacturing and remanufacturing and distribution of aftermarket auto parts (the “Business”).
Business of the Corporation. As at the date of closing the Business is the only business operation carried on by the Corporation, and the property and assets owned or leased by the Corporation are sufficient to carry on the Business. All of the property and assets owned and used by the Corporation are in good operating condition and are in a state of good repair and maintenance.

During the two years preceding the date of this Agreement, there has not been any significant interruption of operations (being an interruption of more than one day) of the Business. With the exception of inventory in transit, all the tangible assets of the Corporation are situated at the locations set out in Schedule 3.11.
