Business of the Corporation. (a) Except as set forth in Schedule 5.6(a) of the Corporation’s Disclosure Schedule, the business of the Corporation (the “Business”) is described in the annual and other reports filed by the Corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission (collectively, the “Public Filings”).
