Repair and maintenance means those activities associated with the routine care and upkeep of a structure, development, land use or activity.

Repair and maintenance means all repairs and maintenance activities required to be performed by Lessee pursuant to this Lease, including Preservation Maintenance, Site Maintenance, repairs and maintenance of NPS Personal Property, and any Alterations.
