Corporate Seal. The Board of Directors may provide a suitable seal, containing the name of the Corporation, which seal shall be in the charge of the Secretary. If and when so directed by the Board of Directors or a committee thereof, duplicates of the seal may be kept and used by the Treasurer or by an Assistant Secretary or Assistant Treasurer.
Corporate Seal. The board of directors may provide a corporate seal which shall be in the form of a circle and shall have inscribed thereon the name of the corporation and the words “Corporate Seal, Delaware”. The seal may be used by causing it or a facsimile thereof to be impressed or affixed or reproduced or otherwise.
Corporate Seal. If so directed by the Board of Directors, the corporation may use a corporate seal. The failure to use such seal, however, shall not affect the validity of any documents executed on behalf of the corporation. The seal need only include the word “seal”, but it may also include, at the discretion of the Board, such additional wording as is permitted by law.
