Xxxxxxx Energy means Xxxxxxx Energy N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands Antilles, with company number 65489, whose registered office is at Landhuis Joochi, Kaya Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx z/n, Curaçao, the Netherlands Antilles;

Xxxxxxx Energy as used herein shall include each such entity’s successors and assigns. The term “successors and assigns” as used herein shall include, without limitation, a corporation or other entity acquiring a majority ownership of Xxxxxxx Energy or all or substantially all the assets and business of Xxxxxxx Energy (including this Agreement), whether by operation of law or otherwise.
