For the Employer's 2018 fiscal year, Executive's bonus will be equal to 30%, 50% and 100% of Base Salary for threshold, target and maximum levels of performance, respectively, and will be pro-rated for the period of Executive's employment with the Employer during the fiscal year.

The actual amount of the annual cash bonus earned will be determined by the Board based on performance against goals as established by the Board in its discretion, which may include Company and/or individual financial, strategic, and other goals and milestones. The annual cash bonus, to the extent earned, will be paid at the time determined under the annual cash program established for the year, generally expected to be no later than the 15th day of the third month after the end of the applicable fiscal year.

  • Additional Compensation Notwithstanding anything in this Memorandum of Understanding to the contrary when in the judgment of the Board, it becomes necessary or desirable to utilize the services of County employees in capacities other than those for which they are regularly employed, the Board may authorize and, if appropriate, fix an additional rate of compensation for such employees.

  • Bonus Compensation The Executive shall not receive any bonus payment whatsoever pursuant to Section 3.02 or the Bonus Plan except such bonus which is already earned and due to be paid up to and including the Termination Date, notwithstanding any period following the Termination Date during which the Executive may receive any payments or benefits under the terms of the Agreement.
