Board Policy. 28.1 The parties recognize that many Board policies, regulations and practices have a direct impact on the conditions under which teachers must carry out their duties. Though the development and implementation of these policies are the responsibility of the Board, for which they are held accountable under the School Act, it is the desire of the Board to obtain meaningful input from teachers, as professionals in such development.
