Billing Systems. Per the Agreement and payment schedule outlined in the Agreement, Metricom will bill xxx ASP for their active subscribers on the chosen day of the month. The billing reports will contain a summarization of the charges for each of the subscribers. Metricom will invoice the ASP monthly. Monthly fees are based upon Total Net Cumulative Subscribers (TNCS). Each month, Metricom will provide the ASP reports containing:
Billing Systems. As soon as practicable after the end of each month during the period prior to First Closing, each of AWS and Triton will promptly provide the other with a sample of non-confidential monthly billing data, substantially in the form that it uses in the ordinary course, from the switches used in the Multi-Area Business and the Virginia Business, as applicable; provided, however, that such billing data shall not include data that comprises Customer Proprietary Network Information as that term is defined in 47 C.F.R. § 64.2003(c). Each of AWS and Triton will also use its commercially reasonable efforts to assist the other in reconciling the results of the other’s test billing on the sample data to the former’s actual billing.
Billing Systems. The Merged Company will not begin integration of Billing systems before the end of the minimum two year or July 1, 2013 period, whichever is longer, noted above, or without following the above procedures, unless the integration will not impact data, connectivity and system functions that support or affect CLECs and their customers. .

Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Voice Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.000 to $0.000 for the following Voice Services: Domestic Voice Service: Domestic Outbound Voice Service, including Calling Card and Domestic Inbound Voice Service based on origination and termination type.   • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.
