Billing Reports a. [*] SUMMARY REPORTS (POST-ACTAMED GATEWAY):
Billing Reports. During the Term, Customer will receive the standard reporting package at no charge. Outbound Service Waiver: Company will waive the following charges for VNET usage of Outbound Voice Services associated with Network Call Redirect (monthly and change charges) at certain mutually agreed upon locations only.
Billing Reports. A. BCBCC shall provide SFRPC with quarterly billing detailing BCBCC’s efforts to provide requested services. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a complete billing.
Billing Reports. With respect to the Services performed by Vendor, Vendor shall invoice Company for the actual number of Billable Hours completed by Vendor Employees. Notwithstanding the location(s) where Services will be provided, during the term of this Agreement, Vendor will provide the Company with weekly reports, which include billing summaries. In addition to the reports/invoicing procedures outlined in this Section, Company reserves the right to reasonably request future management, audit, usage or other ad hoc reports, and/or to request changes in reporting procedures. If Medco requests any supplementary or customized reports requiring Vendor to perform additional programming work, Vendor may compile such reports and charge Medco for all applicable programming and other fees, as more specifically set forth in the applicable Project Schedule. Medco shall pay Vendor the per hour programming fee multiplied by the number of hours required to complete the work. Before commencing any such additional work, Vendor shall provide Medco with a good faith estimate of the number of hours of programming required, as well as any other material costs involved. Vendor will not begin any such work until Medco approves the estimate in writing. Vendor agrees that the source data used to develop the reports is subject to audit by Company as stated in Section 12(d).
Billing Reports. (a) Monthly summary reports as of the end of each month by the twentieth (20) day of the following month for each of the [*] by category ([*]), provided that SBCL provides such categories in the transferred database or at time of install:

Billing Reports. Upon request of the Plans, the PBM shall provide billing reports to include information on Claims paid, utilizing Covered Individuals, administrative fees, reconciliation, accounting transactions and cash flow.
Billing Reports medibuy agrees to render monthly written reports supporting the share of Net Revenue payable to physxxxxxxxxx.xxx xxx that month (the "Billing Reports"). Billing Reports for each month are due by the 30th day of the following month. Billing Reports shall include the information specified in Exhibit F.
Billing Reports. The Company shall provide a month-end detail of all revenue billed for all Services and installation and equipment charges for that month allocable to the Franchise Area in the District. The Company shall also calculate for each month earned and accrued revenues.
