Common use of Bilingual Premium Clause in Contracts

Bilingual Premium. Employees who have been selected by the Company to provide bilingual services shall receive a bilingual premium of fifty-eight cents ($0.58) per hour. Those bilingual employees that provide direct patient care in a language other than English and pass the one time assessment will receive one dollar ($1.00) per hour.
