Weekend and Holiday Time. An employee required to work on a Saturday will be paid at one and one half (1½) times her basic hourly rate and if required to work on a Sunday will be paid at one and one half (1½) times her basic hourly rate. An employee required to work on a Paid Holiday will be paid at the rate of one and one half (1½) times her basic hourly rate. Time in excess of seven and one half (7½) hours worked on a holiday will be paid at the rate of two (2) times the employee’s basic hourly rate.

  • Weekend Holidays 9.3.1. A full-time employee who works a Monday through Friday schedule and the calendar holiday falls on a Saturday, the employee shall be allowed the preceding day off. When a holiday falls on a Sunday, the employee shall be allowed the following day off. If the employee works the day preceding or following such a holiday, he/she shall be given another workday off with pay or shall receive payment for that day at the regular rate.

  • Vacations and Holidays The Executive will be entitled to four weeks paid vacation each Fiscal Year in accordance with the vacation policies of the Employer in effect for its executive officers from time to time.
