Benefit Committee. The parties agree that during the life of this Agreement a Joint Committee will be struck to review the current benefit structure and to set a framework and bring forward recommendations for possible changes. It is further agreed that should outside consultants be used in this process, the cost will be split equally by the Association and District management.
