Bath Time a. An Employee entitled to take a shower bath upon completion of his work shall be given 18 minutes to take a shower, change clothes and be at his place of clocking out. In making determinations as to which Employees are entitled to a shower bath at the end of the shift, the Company shall consider the magni- tude of dirt, oil, and chemicals or other substances upon the Employee which make it impossible to change into his regular clothing without taking a shower bath.

  • Wash-Up Time 60.01 Where the Employer determines that due to the nature of the work there is a clear cut need, wash-up time up to a maximum of ten (10) minutes will be permitted before the end of the working day, or immediately following and contiguous to the working day.

No employee shall be required to take flex time off in order to avoid the payment of overtime or as a condition of continued employment.

  • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer.
