Cleanup Time. Whenever a job being performed or the material or equipment being used has caused an employee to become dirty, the employee shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time, without loss of pay, prior to any meal period or prior to the completion of their workday to clean themselves. Time for cleaning equipment shall be considered as part of the employee’s workday.
Cleanup Time. Employees shall be allowed reasonable time during the workday or shift for cleanup purposes. Cleanup time immediately prior to the end of the shift shall be limited to work station cleanup.
Cleanup Time. 24.1 The University will grant all bargaining unit members engaged in work necessitating cleanup, a five (5) minute cleanup period before lunch and another five (5) minute cleanup time before the end of the shift.
Cleanup Time. Fifteen (15) minutes prior to quitting time shall be allowed for employees to clean tools and leave their work in a professional manner, and ready to leave the job at quitting time, except as otherwise herein provided.

The University will grant all bargaining unit members engaged in work necessitating cleanup a five (5) minute paid cleanup period before lunch and another five (5) minute paid cleanup time before the end of the shift. No employee shall leave their work station or cease work prior to the commencement of this five (5) minute period. It is understood that the five (5) minutes for grounds crews shall commence when they reach the designated clean up site. Clean up of tools or work site shall not be included in the aforesaid breaks which are intended for the employees' personal hygiene.
Cleanup Time. Each employee shall be allowed ten (10) paid minutes at the end of their shift for personal cleanup.
Cleanup Time. The Town agrees that it may be necessary for an individual to clean up prior to lunch. Therefore, the Town is willing to establish a fifteen (15) minute cleanup period before lunch.

Cleanup Time. 1.1 The parties acknowledge that during the negotiations which preceded the execution of this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the area of collective bargaining and that the understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right and opportunity are set forth in this Agreement. Either party may, however, propose specific amendments to this Agreement and the parties may mutually agree on amendments and proposals and the effective date thereof; but neither party shall be obligated to consider or negotiate such proposed demands or amendments. Additions to this agreement shall be evidenced by letters of mutual intent which shall be signed by representatives of the parties duly authorized by the Town and the Union.
Cleanup Time. When necessary, employees shall be granted a reasonable personal cleanup period prior to the end of the work shift.
