Authorized Territories. Rivian will sell and provide the Products and Services to Amazon and its Affiliates, Authorized Purchasers, agents or designees throughout the Authorized Territories and Amazon, its Affiliates, and Authorized Purchasers will not distribute, operate, or use the Products outside of the Authorized Territories; provided, however, Amazon, its Affiliates, and Authorized Purchasers may operate and use any Products in a country within the European Union that is not an Authorized Territory as long as the Authorizations provided by Rivian for such Products allow for the operation and use of such Products in the applicable countries.
