AUDITING, RECORDS, AND INSPECTION. In the performance of this Agreement, the GRANTEE shall keep books, records, and accounts of all activities, related to the Agreement, in compliance with generally accepted accounting procedures. Throughout the term of this Agreement, books, records, and accounts related to the performance of this Agreement shall be open to inspection during regular business hours by an authorized representative of the COUNTY and shall be retained by the GRANTEE, for a period of five (5) years after termination or completion of the Agreement or until the full COUNTY audit is complete, whichever comes first. The COUNTY shall retain the right to audit the books during the Five (5) year retention period. All books, records, and accounts related to the performance of this Agreement shall be subject to the applicable provisions of the Florida Public Records Act, chapter 119, Florida Statutes. The COUNTY also has the right to conduct an audit within sixty (60) days from the effective date of this Agreement to determine whether the GRANTEE has the ability to fulfill its contractual obligations to the satisfaction of the COUNTY. The COUNTY has the right to terminate this Agreement based upon the findings in this audit without regard to any notice requirement for termination.

  • Audits and Inspections At any time during normal business hours and as often as the CITY may deem necessary, there shall be made available to the CITY for examination all of CONTRACTOR’S records with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall permit the CITY to audit, examine, and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, payrolls, records of personnel, conditions of employment and other data relating to all matters covered by this Agreement.

  • Maintenance and Inspection of Records A. The SERVICE PROVIDER at such times and in such forms as the CITY may require, shall furnish to the CITY such statements, records, reports, data, and information as the CITY may request pertaining to matters covered by this Agreement.

  • Inspection of Books and Records Contractor will permit County, or any duly authorized agent of County, to inspect and examine the books and records of Contractor for the purpose of verifying the amount of work performed under the Scope of Services. County’s right to inspect survives the termination of this Agreement for a period of four years.
